June 28 - July 4
Meatball and Mushroom Marsala with Fettuccine - Portabella mushrooms, red onions, fresh oregano and meatballs sauteed in Marsala sauce, tossed with fettuccine pasta and topped with pecorino Romano cheese.

Weekend Special (Friday and Saturday) - Apple Wood Smoked Veal Loin - Smoked and grilled veal loin topped with a blackberry zinfandel sauce, served over garlic rosemary mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans.

July 5 - 11

Chicken Balsamico - Cappellini pasta tossed with garlic alfredo sauce, fresh spinach and roasted red bell peppers, topped with tender strips of chicken breast sauteed in a sweet balsamic reduction.



Weekend Special (Friday and Saturday) - Filet Medallions - Beef tenderloin medallions sauteed with portabella mushrooms and roasted shallots, then finished with a Madeira wine and veal glaze sauce and served over garlic parmesan risotto.

July 12 - 18

Sun-dried Tomato and Asparagus Risotto - Creamy garlic Parmesan risotto with grilled asparagus, sweet sun-dried tomatoes, crispy fried fennel and Pecorino Romano cheese.



Weekend Special (Friday and Saturday) - Bistecca Fiorentina - A 16 oz T-bone steak seasoned with kosher salt, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil, grilled to perfection and finished with fresh lemon juice. Served with a twice baked potato and grilled tomato.

July 19 - 25

Orecchiette with Crab and Bacon - Jumbo lump crab sauteed with celery, onions and bacon and finished with lemon butter sauce tossed with shell pasta.



Weekend Special (Friday and Saturday) - Herb Crusted Lamb Chops - Seasoned and grilled New Zealand lamb chops topped with a red wine butter sauce. Served with fried polenta and steamed asparagus.

July 26 - 31

Chili Lime Chicken - Strips of zesty lime and garlic marinated chicken, breaded with smokey paprika and red pepper flakes and served with spicy honey lime dipping sauce.



Weekend Special (Friday and Saturday) - Grilled Snapper with Pepperoncini and Pimento Relish - A seasoned and grilled filet of red snapper topped with the sweet and spicy relish then served over creamy polenta and steamed asparagus.
